  • Mustafa Doğa Doğan, Serdar Bahar and Toprak Temir is currently working on RAMPA, an augmented reality framework that involves trajectory recording with hand mimicry, playback and adjustment of trajectories, and training and testing ML models, click for the latest updates.
  • Alper Ahmetoglu’s Ph.D. dissertation titled “Neurosymbolic Representations for Lifelong Learning” has been awarded the Doctoral Thesis Award by the Boğaziçi University Scientific Research Projects Commission due to its outstanding scientific quality.

  • Tuba Girgin has successfully defended her Master’s thesis titled “Multi-Object Graph Symbol Network: Goal-Oriented Planning Through Learned Compound Object Symbols”.
  • Tuba Girgin has submitted her work titled “Multi-Object Graph Affordance Network: Enabling Goal-Oriented Planning through Compound Object Affordances” to the IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems. The manuscript is currently under review. Preprint
  • Tuba Girgin and Yigit Yildirim presented their papers titled “Learning Early Social Maneuvers for Enhanced Social Navigation” and “Bidirectional Human Interactive AI Framework for Social Robot Navigation” at the RTSS workshop of ICRA 2024.   • Alper Ahmetoglu has successfully defended his Ph.D thesis titled “Neurosymbolic Representations for Lifelong Learning.” He will continue his postdoctoral studies at Brown University.
